Abstract
The 58th International Art Exhibition at the Venice Biennale opened its doors to visitors on 11th May. This year at the Turkish Pavilion artist İnci Eviner’s piece “We, Elsewhere” is exhibited. The writer, who is among those who tackled the Pavilion’s architectural project, discusses the architectural procedures of installation/ construction of the place of art by analyzing the national pavilions of Turkey, France, Australia, Lithuania and Philippines. The Biennale will remain open to visitors until 24 November 2019.
